"Spam" is a popular Monty Python sketch, first televised in 1970. In this sketch, two customers are trying to order a breakfast from a menu that includes the processed meat product called 'spam' in almost every dish. After that advertising world started using the word 'spam' for obtrusive and meddlesome advertising of products.
